Kit Car Insurers
Had a quote recently and the premium has doubled since last having insurance. Always been with Adrian Flux but need to start looking around at other
insurers just to satisfy myself that AF are still competitive.
Who are the other kit car insurers out there now? Any recommendations?

A plan used to be competitive, think they are now Thatcham.

As above, I’m with A-Plan (now Howdens). It’s their Thatcham branch that specialise in kits and modified.

I've just insured with Howden's. It has gone up, but only by about 18% for me - and that's since 2 years ago.

I tend to flip between A-Plan (Thatcham Office - now Howden) and 2gether. The latter recognise LCB membership as club membership for discount
purposes.

Just tried the following:
Adrian Flux
Footman James
2Gether
Adrian Flux were way more expensive than the other two and 2Gether were ever so slightly cheaper than FJ

Just done mine today.
Howdens. (ex-A Plan) £408 inc, euro breakdown
2Gether. £208 but won't quote inc' breakdown on cars over 10yrs old
Adrian Flux. £268 with euro breakdown... Sorted!
