love this bit.........

SCAMMERS/CLOWNS/NON PAYERS NEED NOT APPLY ,SO IF U DONT HAVE THE FUNDS PLEASE DO NOT BID!

edit to add I have took the liberty to ask a Q ?

Edit to further add, why dont we all bid on it, get it up to a grand ??? ohhhhhh the fee's.

Edit Mk3, don't worry about bidding on it, I'm more than happy to put the last one on, I have a zero feedback account I'm not particulary bothered about, get bidding.

Looks like he's self incriminated himself with an answer. What a cock. So to confuse I've asked the question

Hi is this the left handed version with the right hand thread or the much rare (possibly more expensive) right handed version with the left hand thread. Sorry I should make it clear that its the hub nut thread I'm asking about.

If it looks wrong it probably is wrong.

Just got this

"Hello Chris,

Thank you for contacting us regarding your transaction for the hub/abs
sensor (item 120227125504) you've won from "rambo19771978". I am sorry
to hear your seller has relisted the item after you've won it.

As a concerned fellow eBay member Chris, I really understand how
upsetting this can be for you. Please be assured that I will do my best
to help you out with this situation.

Please be aware that since the seller is refusing to sell the item after
you won this item, this is a breach of our Seller Non-Performance
policy. Just as you are obliged to pay for an item you win, the seller
is obliged to sell it to you. To read our policy, copy this link into a
new browser window:

http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/policies/seller-non-performance.html

There's a couple of things you should do now:

1) Talk to the seller
2) Report the seller non-performance to eBay
3) Leave appropriate feedback for the seller

- Talk to the seller

First of all, if you haven't already done so, we recommend you phone the
seller and talk to them about what's happened. It's likely you'll be
able to work out a solution together. Here's how to request their phone
number:

1. Click "Advanced Search" at the top of the eBay homepage.
2. Click "Find Contact Information" on the left-hand side of the page.
3. Enter the item number for the relevant purchase. You can find the
item number in My eBay. Click "Search".

We'll then send you an automatic email with the seller's contact
details. Please be aware that we'll send the seller your contact details
at the same time. We feel it maintains trust and fairness on eBay if
members are made aware when other members request their contact
information.

- Report the seller non-performance to eBay

If you can't reach the seller or they are still refusing to sell the
item to you, we'll need to see the full details of any emails the seller
sent to you.

Please reply directly to this email pasting the contents and "header" of
the email into your reply. Every email has a hidden header which gives
information about the email sender and recipient and the email's journey
to its destination. We'll use the header information to verify the
source and contents of the email.

Important:
- Please send the contents and "header" even if the email is in My
Messages. To protect your privacy, we can't view the emails in the My
Messages section of your My eBay.
- Don't send us the email as an attachment. To give us added protection
against computer viruses, we never open attachments.

For instructions on how to find the header in various email programs and
systems, copy this link into a new browser window:

http://www.haltabuse.org/help/headers/index.shtml

- Leave appropriate feedback for the seller

If the seller has made it clear that they won't continue with the sale
and isn't communicating with you, you can leave appropriate feedback for
them to let other members know you had a bad experience with this
member. Be clear and professional in your description of what you feel
went wrong.

If the seller should leave negative feedback for you in return, you
should leave a polite response via the Feedback Forum.

Chris, I hope this information is helpful in resolving this matter and
that your eBay purchases run more smoothly in the future.

Kind regards,

Mary Issacs
eBay Trust & Safety"

so I'll give it a try.

Thanks for helping out chaps, I've resited the temptation to bid myself incase he smells a rat.

Cheers

Chris

EDIT: This is the Q&A that Omega mentioned

"Q: Isn't this the item you sold as http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=120227125504&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=002 How come you have it for sale again?

A: yes it had, but not for a tenner my friend thats why it is back on ta"

Note to all: I really don't know when to leave well alone. I tried to get clever with the mods, then when they gave me a lifeline to see the error of my ways, I tried to incite more trouble via u2u. So now I'm banned, never to return again. They should have done it years ago!

The bad news is he's cancelled the BIG bids.
The good news is he's listed some more items for sale and breached the "I might take offers" rules. Tw*t.
