MK HSR - First outing at Zolder
The MK HSR was in action at Zolder this weekend.
It attended the VAB AutoHappening on 18th/19th - raising money for charity doing paid passenger runs.
You can find some pictures of the car in action >>here<<
Pat Jackson at DriveAction is the brains behind the HSR, in cahoots with Phil at MK. We are slowly pulling together the DriveAction website -
www.driveaction.co.uk - it is basically there and has all the contact details for Pat.
Any questions - feel free to contact him at DriveAction
Cheers

Looks canny apart from that horrendous bonnet shut line.

I quite like it but it just doesn't look finished without a screen

Is it just me, but why has it been set up so high at the front and low at the back? Roll bar would be good...
Like it though.

Yup - agreed. Being worked on - first thing was to get it running so that some progress has been made. The bonnet needs remoulding.

Can be fitted - can't remember which screen it is but one is available. As do all the bling chrome bits and pieces found on a Healey. This car
was intended as a minimal track car to get the thing pulled together and test interest.

I don't think doors are going to be an option.

We were fiddling with ride height on day one - when the shots were taken. The front was lowered day two. Full cage is being fitted by MK shortly.

Interesting point. Within the passenger sill there is quite a large air gap all round the exhaust. There is also a lot of heat shield - I didn't
get a shot of that. Where the exhaust enters the bodywork - there is a larger gap around it than there is on the side exit on my MK. If there is an
issue it can always be lined.
