Message from AB Performance

Just a quick message to all on Locostbuilders to say many thanks for all the messages of sympathy and support regarding the recent death of my mother. Mums passing was both sudden and unexpected and I have to admit for the first time I can ever remember something really knocked me for six and meant I had to shut for a few weeks. The messages from people on this site were a great help and much appreciated, it just goes to prove what a great community Locostbuilders is. Over the years I have really enjoyed working with many of you with the bonus that I get to work doing something I really enjoy.
Things here at the unit are now getting back to some sense of normality so if its anything from a jumping gearbox to a big end rattle feel free to pick up the phone and pick our brains.
In the meantime I wish you all and your families a very Happy Christmas and all the very best for the New Year.
Many thanks once again.
Andy

All the best Andy, hope the new year brings some better luck.

I know how you feel as we have lost 3 great friends and family in the last month, as it all seems to happen at this time of year.

All the best,
Steve

As I've already said, the passing of a parent comes as a heckuva shock even when you're prepared for it - when it's unexpected the feeling of loss & the whole finality of it all must be even worse. All I can say is to look forward to the day when you can remember her with a smile on your face for the happy memories, rather than feeling that horrible sense of loss. It will take quite some time, but I'm sure that time will come.
In the meantime you should try to enjoy the Xmas season with the rest of your family as best you can.
All the best, Russ

I no longer run Furore Products or Furore Cars Ltd, but would still highly recommend them for Acewell dashes, projector headlights, dominator headlights, indicators, mirrors etc, best prices in the UK! Take a look at http://www.furoreproducts.co.uk/ or find more parts on Ebay, user names furoreltd & furoreproducts, discounts available for LCB users.
Don't forget Stainless Steel Braided brake hoses, made to your exact requirements in any of around 16 colours. http://shop.ebay.co.uk/furoreproducts/m.html?_dmd=1&_ipg=50&_sop=12&_rdc=1

Our thoughts are still with you at what will seem to be a difficult time of year. Try to make the most of it with those closest to you.

Keep strong matey and remember the good times you had with good old mum, I would give anything to be able to give my mum and dad a hug and I miss them even after losing them some 10 & 13 years ago particulary at this time of year. Have a great Christmas and a happy New Year. Barry
