retoop running rich

Hi all, started my F27 for some summer fun to be let down with the engine running too rich so unable to have my fun!!!!!

The car was running fine when I stored for the winter but now loads of black some, plugs fouling (black) and will not tick over.. I did take the AFM off but made on difference..

So any help on what will course this engine to run rich, how to adjust or what part is at a fault

Thanks

Jools

Temp sender can cause that sort of problem. Have you done anything near it. I've seen then fail after just a bit of a knock.

Maybe a sticking fuel pressure regulator. Check fuel is actually coming back through the return to the tank when the pump is on.

running rich

I've had the bonnet on and off a few time so could easily of knock something, if its only a temp sensor or fuel reg that could be the problem will look into them.

Thanks

As said above, Coolant temperature sensor, Fuel pressure regulator
Also worth checking the TPS (Throttle position sensor) and Llambda sensor (If being used ? )
