supplier of WB bushes
Hi there, bought WBs, bushes etc some time ago and when i look at them now - the top hat nylon bushes don't fit in the WB sleeves!
the sleeves are 28mm id and the bushes are 29mm
Questions:
1. where can i buy bushes to fit (have searched here and trawled the web but no luck (live in S Cheshire)
2. have priced turning them to fit, but think it would cost same/ less to buy new if possible!!
Any advice would be greatly received, ta

When I fitted mine they appeard to be too big, but with some grease I managed to get them in, and then had to push the sleaves in with the vice. Car
has now been on the road for six years and 10,000 miles and still all is fine. HTH Ray

most sleeving tube for your nylon/polly bushes is a standard tubing size you can get from a steel stockist, as far as o/d is concerned, you may have
drill the i/s dia to suit what bolts you want to use.
you should never have to press the inner steel sleeve in, if there tight you should ream them out to a good slide fit or your suspension will not
function correct;

Just make sure that your crush tubes are the right length, too short and the arms will not rotate freely. To test just nip up each arm with the bush
assembed in a vice and check that the arm still rotates
