Looks a challenging project, but to me it's overpriced - just about every part is needing attention, bodywork looks ruined and the chassis will need shot blasting and possible welding too. Least of all the fuel involved just to trailer the thing back from Cornwall..

Most of the bike parts look like scrap metal to me.
