1.8 zetec flywheel part number
hi guys,
i need a 1.8 zetec flywheel for a 2l conversion in my locost.
i called the salvage yard but they dont have 1.8 engines, they do howevere have a large heap of flywheels...
is there anything specific about the 1.8 zetec flywheel or numbers cast into it so i can recognize the thing ?

Numbers depend on all sorts of things, year, factory, engine spec etc etc...
However they all look the same, like this...

Just measured the thickness on an 1800 silvertop engine i have for sale if anybody is interested and it's 35mm near the ring gear if that helps.

i manages to find a flywheel in the scrapyard, there was only one though.
the face of the flywheel needed some machining because it was f*cked up. probably been driving with a worn clutch and burning the whole thing. but
it's looking fresh as ever at the moment
