AA rechargeable batteries
Slightly random question but can anyone recommend some decent AA rechargeable batteries? My energizer ones have given up and the energizer smart
charger wont charge them
Ive had a look online and there are way more out there than id ever imagine
Main usage is for a night time action camera for wildlife, TV remote etc

Eneloop batteries are very good - high capacity and hold their charge well - but are very expensive.

for use in cameras... another vote for eneloop
I did see somewhere that duracell is the most faked brand, but that may be for alkaline cells

can't tell you how long they last yet - but I'm just picked up some from Ikea to try - £7 for 4x 2450mAh seems a good deal to me (I guess
we'll see how long they last....)

I have some of those, only a couple of months old but in almost daily use. So far so good, they hold a healthy charge and no problems.
They're up against a set of Amazon Basics with a very similar rating so it'll be interesting to see which ones start to struggle first.

I have some Kentli lithium AAAs which beat NIMH ones hands down, but they aren't cheap.

Another vote for Panasonic Eneloop here.
Hold their charge very well and have a high mAh rating too.
Usually a bit dearer than supermarket rechargeables, but IMHO worth the money.
Also pays to buy a decent battery charger too.
I've got an Accupower IQ-328 charger.
IIRC cost me around £43 from Amazon.

Lidl's Tronic Ni-MH (2500 mAh) power everything I have, from cycle lights and torches to clocks, remotes and cameras.
Can't fault them. Probably a tad cheap, but there are more expensive cells out there for the folk on here.

I also have some of those Tronics. Alarm clock, cycle light (on a rucksack). They do alright.
