avatar size?
finally done it (well actually it was the daughter smart arse but ime not admiting it ) but is it ok or too big whats a good size (no rude comments)

IMO 200pixels in any direction is an absolute maximum and ideally
160 is best.
Anything huge is too obvious for those who log on at work, at lunch time of course

Yep, 200 max is a good guide, so you might want to shrink it a bit more (or get your daughter to show you  )
