2 stone in two months is good going, and nice and steady How much more
I only resolved to getting Deimos back on the road, and still am. It's just taking longer
I'm on a diet, but I'd lost 2.5 stone up to Christmas, and only restarted tomorrow.
Want to lose another 1.5 stone in the next month and a half.

mine was to stay off the fags.
As I didn't smoke anyway I found this quite easy, though I am now addicted to nicorette gum

You kind man
I've figured it out anyway, my next car is going to be 250bhp plus, so don't need to lose any weight

2 stone is very good and achievable by anyone
if you stick to a food point diet you will lose loads of weight within the first few weeks for some reason then it slows down
