I wouldn't fancy them on the skinny country roads round here. I didn't see him setting off but I bet it's a bit wobbly from the lights till you get some speed up and steering with your feet might be an acquired knack as well.

It's steered with the handlebars, I thought it was feet-steered to start with. Does look a bit wobbly, yeah

I tried one of these a few years back... It was a real hoot around the car park, but I would feel stupid if riding it on the road!

These have been around for a long time... the dutch ones have been most successful - look here. I've seen them racing, very fast in the right hands, but they look like they take a little more coordination than I possess
