4AGE Flywheel Bolts...

I'm trying to get hold of some flywheel bolts for my 4Age Toyota engine (I'm going on the assumption that the old "stretch" bolts are not safe to re-use).

Do I go with stock Toyota or aftermarkets bolts and the important quetsion is where do I get them from?

Cheers

Phil

It is unheard of Toyotas shedding their flywheels. In which case the stock bolts are just fine.
Incidentally many people reuse old stretch bolts with no issues whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend it though especially if stock ones are still available and cheap.

I do change the flywheel bolts but I've personally always used Toyota flywheel, rod, head bolts etc with no failures and I've built some fairly extreme engines. Including my current engine putting out weel over 200BHP. Oh and I'm also using the the standard cast pistons and head gasket with up to a bar of boost.

If you can't get em locally fensport usually have them in stock.
