And all I can say is WOW Its like a toy I just cant put down! my poor dads hardly had a look in!

First proper drive was to work on friday - to let the petrol heads there have a look. Then fri evening me and my fiance went to check out a wedding venue in the yorkshire dales.......1.5hrs drive away, fantastic roads but jeez was it cold by the time we got there!! She was not happy as you can imagine!

here's a pic parked up outside the hotel

And here's a shot of the remedial action I had to take to keep my other half happy on the way back!

Yes, that is indeed the car cover wrapped around her, complete with my hat too.

Car performed faultlessly throughout the 3hr drive, except that the top cycle wing bracket snapped with about an hour still to go so had to take it very steady with the wing flapping about. Soon had that welded up and reinforced ready for another blast yesterday .

Had my SVA 2 1/2 Years ago and took mine out for a Blast last night First time really it been running well. Just finsihed fitting the windscreen and sorting out most of the niggles. Need to fix the speedo as it;s not working and brakes are still binding.

BUT HEY really this will be the first year that I have had time etc to drive it.

Thinking about using next weekend as we are away for the weekend to a Hotel etc.

I bet your fiance was telling all her friends, looks happy enough though.

First time I took missy out in the buggy I think most of her words were just swears did warn her it would be cold but do they listen??? Nooooooo

If she agreed to have her picture taken (and posted on the web...) like that then i guess you're onto a winner! Have fun with the car & wedding.
