Any one got this on their iphone.Had it on for over a year now and not tried it out.It is meant to measure 0-60 bhp and loads more. You have to load a bit of info in phone first like cars weight etc,to get best results. And the iphone must b steady and fixed down. That might be a bit tricky.Any way will try it out soon and share results. http://www.pocketdyno.com/

Not too bad for a $12.99 application.

Presumably that's just someone who's copied Dynolicious?

Yes but that's their own testing!!! What you will actually get in real life may well be different....

Done some searching and have seen test results compared to rolling road, closser than you think

With inbuilt GPS and a reasonably accurate timer it's not rocket science to produce something that can do that.

The actual figures may not be 100% accurate (then again, are rolling roads, there's that much variation!) but it's very useful for like-for-like comparisons when making modifications. e.g. put a chav exhaust on and see how much power you lose.

i bought dynolicious for my i phone ages ago but havent used it. I have much better things to think about than trying to set it up when i'm on the track... its supposed to be very accurate

Does it want the car weight in kg or lbs? That could be a factor of 2.2 to start off with

nicksuper6 - 15/6/09 at 06:41 PM

weight is in kgs u must also add your own weight.Dont b shy and tell the truth
