Has anyone got a wolf compressor. They seem to look good and offer great spec over cost compaired to others.

Ive not got a Wolf compessor, but I had a Wolf prssure washer last year, it broke first time I used it, sent it back for repair twice, got my money
back in the end, cheap rubbish from China
I've got a rebranded wolf one- it's the Wolf Apache but rebranded as HobbyCraft or something suitably non descript to immediately forget. Nice compressor. Hasn't let me down yet. So can't really complain. Bit noisy but aren't they all?
No different to Aldi/Lidl or any other rebranded cheap compressors.
Cheap and cheerful. Expect to break eventually. Noisy and not too much airflow, but for undoing occasional nuts, inflating tyres/dusting parts off
etc. perfectly fine.
I'd personally wait till they're on sale at Aldi as there can't be much difference in the price, and at least there you get a no hassle
3 year guarantee.
Yes it is Ok had problems with the on / off switch but they sent out a new one which I fitted rather than posting the whole thing to them, it is noisy
in comparison to another ABAC machine which I have which doesn't need topping up with oil, fills faster and runs more smoothly. I use the abac
for inflating tyres etc and have only kept the other one to hook up with a Y adapter for bigger volumes of air.

I've had one for 5 years+. it's never missed a beat and I use it every day I'm in the garage.
It's not the quietest, and of course has limited flow compared to one that is the same size as a static caravan. However, for £100, I'll
never complain about it. I bought it from a bloke off of that ebay and it was great. It came with a set of crappy spray tools that I never bothered
with - i was only interested in it driving air tools.
For all other bits that are necessary to actually make one worthwhile, i've bought machinemart airline parts.
If you look at the larger compressors, you need to be sure you can supply them with a 35A starting current.
So, yes, for me it was great, and I dont' feel the urge to replace it.

I've had the Aldi one for around 6 years now. Wolf used to supply the compressors and air tools for Aldi. Only problem I had was when I changed the connectors to PCL and the outlet manifold cracked when unscrewing the old connector. Rang the helpline at Wolf and they said that they would repair it which would take a couple of weeks or they could sent me a new manifold to fit myself. I took the second option and its been fine since. Its rated at 9cfm, don't know if that is accurate but certainly fills faster than the Clark I had before and drives the air wrenches and spay gun without a problem. Hope that helps.
