What would be the best thing to do as i have a 1.6 flywheel and a new clutch at the moment but clutch slips slightly on full boost, also where to get one from.

Maybe find one from a diesel that fits ?

I could never get the 1.8 zetec clutch to grip 100% on an injected 2L zetec. Got 1.8 flywheel drilled for an uprated pinto pressure plate and organic clutch. That copes with 185 bhp happily enough. Talk to Dave College at Retro Ford for the bits or advice.
