Hi all, any ideas on this-- sold a phone one month ago, buyer left good feedback 2 days after receiving it saying everything ok very happy, now has filed a complaint with Paypal wanting his money back saying phone is not working??

Yep, should have made sure he was 100% before leaving feedback... I'm sure if you point this out to paypal, along with the lack of any other communication you'll be ok.

I wouldnt worry - I have been stung a few times on Ebay - never got my dosh back - paypal complaint procedure is a joke

Cobbler's.He has dropped it and is
trying to blame you.
As blackcab has said,the complaint's
procedure is a joke and he will never get his cash back.
