Just a quick heads up to see if anyone from here fancies hooking up for a run/brekkie. There's a cple of us meeting Cowfold area 8am, route will last about an hour or so, and then we'll be grabbing brekkie back at Cowfold before heading our seperate ways.

Mrs bobs birthday + Valentines day would push the envelope to the limits.i only know this because i have in the past made the very grave error of judgement.

no worries Bob. Had a decent run for an hour and a half around west sussex ending up at the Chalet Cafe in Cowfold: 2 Zero's from Worthing + Uckfield, an MNR from Crowborough and myself from 7oaks. Found some lovely roads!
