Oh for cry out loud how do I get this avatar working?

upload the pic into your pic archive, them it will be easier to do and understand, If I can do it now, It must be easy to do once your taught

Ok - you've uploaded the pic fine!

now open the pic - then right click and properties...

You should see this:

Put that in your profile under Avtar and it will display

Too Damn small though, I will make a tad bigger

Looks ok to me - 150 - 200 pixels wide is about right so if anything it is a bit big
