Which aluminium?

For the bulkheads and transmisioin tunnel.

1050 half hard
or
NS4 half hard

I thought NS4 for flat paneling and 1050 for forming. Or will 1050 suffice for both?

My god i didnt know about all this when i got mine. I just went down to the local supplier and asked for damaged sheets of 1.6 for the floor or 1.2 for the panels.

NS4 is a very tough alloy and ideal for the floor. 1.2mm NS4 was supplied by Sylva for the floor and other flat panels that required no forming.

1050A is pure aluminium and can be easily formed. You will find 1.2mm 1050A good for the bonnet. The side panels could be 1.0mm 1050A although in my experience, this is a bit thin where any stretching is required.
