Hi guys, Anyone got an M18 fine threaded tap for the upper wishbone I could borrow as I can't get one of my track rod ends in and need to clean it with a tap.

Not the ultra higest quality but with cutting lube should last long enough..

nb; they might be all split dies but dont try widening them..they crack with the slightest force.. M18fine typically.. darn..

Thanks for that, only problem I have is that I have a tap and die set that goes up to 12mm but just can't quite justify £34 for a set I will only use for about 5 mins!!

Think I have one but will need to check in the morning. I'm just the other side of Cambridge about a mile from Addenbrookes if it's any help .. When you say 18mm fine what pitch do you mean?

I thought the top wishbone thread was M18 fine ? pitch of 1.5mm?

Pretty sure its a spark plug tap size.
