i might be thinking of buying a mk indy and have a few questions 1 do you use the stearing colum steering rack and hubs for the sierra?or do u use escort rack and cortina uprights?2 is it easy to fit a z-tec or vauxhall 16v motor,3 do you need to get the rear driveshafts shortened??or do the standard ones fit.last of all are these kits good value for money
The Indy is based on the sierra.
1. Yes Sierra stearing colmn.
2. Dont know, but someone will know or ring Martin at MK.
3. Rear drive shafts are standard sierra, either disc braked or drums.
Last of all. I got my kit in November, I am really pleased with it, the quality is first class, support from MK is excellent, everything has fitted,
cant ask for much more. I would definetly recommend it.
I would suggest that you had a day out and went to the MK factory you wont be disapointed.

2ztec yes dont know about v halls
3no standard length
4very good value
jacko
1. steering column, modified Sierra, front hubs Sierra( with "mushroom"insert)
2. Cars have been built with both engines and the new MK demonstrator is to have a Zetec.
3. The Indy uses standard Sierra drive shafts.
Good Value?
Compare the prices, go and get a test drive at a few of the manufacturers, make your choice.
