i have tried to become a member but having paid a tenner on paypal ive heard nowt...

dont bother chalk it up to experience joined years ago never heard a dicky bird back...
It's deserted over there I joined and not got membership card or nowt!! If I were you I would get your money back through paypal complete waste of time.

i think what steve is getting at is you aren't the only one to be finding out the expensive way and this thread is nothing new, like the many

i'm sorry but i have to remind people that the mk owners club is run by a MK Owner in his own time unpaid and at the time no one else wanted the
job of taking over from dounut, what would you like to happen for your £10?
Andy does a great job of stoneleigh, and newark and runs a great BBQ and stand for us all, we even have a live band every year, personaly i think the
job he does for us is great and well worth the £10 i pay every year.
when i feel like doing a better job i'll suggest lettting me take over, but i dont think i could so from me many thanks Andy and Son mat.

hold on chaps ... i raised this issue and 3 or 4 members came back and basically said that the club is not up and running.
All i was expectig was an automatically generated email which would give me acces to forums etc...i wasnt expecting membership cards,magazines etc
i didnt get any feedback at all and that coupled with all these negative comments didnt seem right..
no offence meant and apologies all round if its still going

The new site is automated and I'd expect to have it up an running within a couple weeks at the most.

i'll hold my breath 7 months in and even sent emails i've heard nowt back of MK owners club
bye bye £10 never to be seen again and nothing to show for it
well I signed up last week b4 reading this and have heard nothing back at all and have contacted them again!
Please bear with us things are not forgotten and are in
hand. Unfortunally there has been an illness in the
family and passed away today im sure Matt will put
the new site up asap.

after disputing the payment with paypal I actually received an email today confirming my membership and my log in now works
We are just awaiting our new membership cards
and the new site goes live should be a matter of
days now then all will be far better for us all.
Then its down to us all to use and go from
strength to strength Matt has worked very hard
on it for us.
membership card recieved yesterday thanks alot! new sites looking good aswel just need to get some people on there now!
