Did everone's mk manifold come fully made up? Mine isn't, looks like i have to get it welded when it's in place. More expense i wasn't counting on.

L5W - 1/12/10 at 07:32 PM

Mine is an MK system and came made up

danny keenan - 1/12/10 at 07:48 PM

hayabsa exhaust are not welded.they are a push in fit onto the 4-2-1.so there is no extra expense.

Davegtst - 1/12/10 at 07:57 PM

So do i need 4 more clamps then? Why not weld them?

[Edited on 1/12/10 by Davegtst]

danny keenan - 1/12/10 at 08:06 PM

no it all holds in place.no need for clamps when all built up with the silencer fitted

Hi, it was about £425 if i remember correctly which includes the silencer and no cat. I think some indy/zetec builders have used the westfield manifold which is supposed to be very good but I wanted to be 100% sure exhaust I purchased fit the indy chassis so went with the MK one. I might be wrong but, one of the indy's diagonal chassis members may have to be cut and moved in order to fit the westfield zetec manifold.

Thanks

Lee
