My plastic tank has suddenly decided it was goig to wee a full tank of fuel all over the floor. On closer inspectiopn I found it to be leaking from every seam. Ive just replaced it with a very well made ali tank from mk himself.

I have contacted the man who made it and he is considering giving me a partial refund.

Has anyone else had these tanks leak?

Scotlad or Macspeedy had problems with a plastic tank. Something to do with LRP petrol I think

Join the list! cost me £70 for a new MK tank (they did me a favor on the price) and £20 for new fuel hose, tank of petrol in the mini to MK to get the new tank and a few hours of time, it sucks!!!

i have tries to get hold of Plastic Tank Man but with no luck, even sent email, Carnut can you please u2u me with any details you have??

Mine has gone too, PTM said he would repair it or send me a new one. Then i found out alot more people have had the problem, so asked from a refund, didnt hear from him after that.
Got Viper to make me an Ali one for £60.
Think there is around 5 - 6 people who have had the problem now.
