Where can I get a kit to replace caps ,bearings etc on my quick rack on Indy r. Its on 7in fronts with dunlop hc100 tyres. The pinion is moving in and out about 3/4 mm and I adjusted cap but proplem returned. Any answers to resolve problem?

Is the thread on the cap ok ? if so do the adjustment & then peen it in 2 or 3 places to stop it coming undone.
This is the way it should be done according to the manual.
If the cap is buggered you should be able to get replacements from Fords.
