I made a splitter and diffuser for my Indy 2years back when I bought it, however it had gotten a bit bashed and needed sorting.
I took them off with the view of straightening bits and getting them powder coated.
A few hours later I had finished making new ones!
Old splitter
old diffuser
new bigger splitter
and new diffuser
looks sweet, cant wait till im at the stage where i can make some splitters!
Splitter?

Sorry couldn't resist
They look good, good handiwork.

splitter and diffuser look fab
Thanks
Hopefully I may soon be in a position to get a number of these laser cut to sell on to fellow members
Matt when you are please get in touch I would like one !
Count me in too :-)
Will do.
Out of interest, what sort of price would people be willing to pay?
It would probably be posted disassembled in 3 sections and would need riveting together (all holes pre cut and rivets supplied). You would also need
to sort out the mounting yourself as different cars will vary (I drilled my chassis and make some clamps to mount mine)
It covers the whole rear of the car, from the rear bulkhead to continue the floor.
It will be supplied powder coated in satin black too (thats the most durable finish apparently)
The MK front splitter is £50 + P&P if this gives you any idea at all - I'd say it would need to be under this price to be 'more
attractive' than theirs - £30-£40 would be possible I suspect for the front.
The rear is going to be more but they don't have one on their website but would expect it to be £80-£100 if they did so yours would probably need
to be £70 to £80??
Raw did a similar splitter to the MK and your front one on the rear of their Strikers and that looked quite good.

I'll also be interested in a pair!
I'd be up for buying a pair price dependent.
I still need to get something sorted for making these!
Price wise,
I would have to ask for £40 for the splitter, powder coated satin black and turnbuckles supplied, mounting would be left to yourself as cars vary so
much (youd also have to make something for the turnbuckle to attach too on the bodywork).
Diffuser £80, It would be sent in 3 separate sections, powdercoated satin black, with holes pre-dilled to rivet together yourself (with black rivets
included), mounting would also be left to yourself due to varying cars, no mounting holes would be predilled.
Postage would be on top also.
Do these prices sound reasonable?
VERY! I'd be up for them!
So reasonable for me.
I'm interested in a pair for my indy.
I'd be up for both at that price.
That's if I can get this laser cutting sorted out.
If not price will go up slightly due to the time it would take me to cut them myself
But i'll let you know
Keep us in the loop mate, I would also be interested.
I'd like a front please in black
Hello bud I'd definitely be interested in a pair too any news on the laser cutting?
Interested too
