What can I do to get the correct sva emissions for my indy, it' s got a 98' zx9r carbed engine.The car is almost ready, just need to straighten this one out.Any tips tricks ...

hire a cat, then take it to your local garage and screw the jets in on the carbs untill you get the readings you need, it'll run a bit lumpy but just put it back to factory settings afterwards!
