Well done Mate!

Glad to see we'll soon have another car at the meets!

When's SVA booked?

Cheers,

James

I should get my car back from set-up just after Xmas then i'll post the forms. This will take a couple of weeks before i get a date so the end of Jan looks hopeful. I may even send everything off just before Xmas to make sure i get a Jan date. I went and had a look at the SVA test centre today...very scary!!

Wind in the right direction i'm hoping to make the Feb meet weather permitting of course!

Nice one.

Should be a good number of Indy at the shows next year if Bob can finish soon.

I'm off to the breakers to find a good Sierra bodyshell and swap all the bits off my Indy back, as more MKs than Sierras on the road!

I've just stuck up a small snippet of video on my own web page.
1.6Mb in size and MPG format,
You can get it HERE

theconrodkid - 7/1/04 at 08:38 PM

NICE

alister667 - 7/1/04 at 09:14 PM

Better video just posted HERE it includes an excellent stall!!!
It's 2Mb in size, but it's over a minute in length, and has all the footage from the above file in it as well.

GO - 7/1/04 at 09:48 PM

donut, do you know what codec the avi was created with? media player couldn't find it, bloody useless thing.

alister667, hate to tell you mate, but your brake light is busted!!

donut - 7/1/04 at 10:09 PM

I'm not up on this video lark but it's an AVI file and as far as i'm aware needs to run under the quicktime player.

hope this helps

Andy

I think to which you refer is the Divx version of .avi formulated video - go to HERE to download divx player - it is approx. 6Mb and gives an excellent quality picture/sound can replace Windows Media Player & Quicktime Player. It is multi-platform format and is worth the FREE download...

alister667 - 7/1/04 at 11:38 PM

I know the brake light looks bad doesn't it? Still I can assure you it is now working OK!

donut - 8/1/04 at 07:37 AM

Cool video, can i add it to the download section on the MK Owners Club web site?

Andy

alister667 - 8/1/04 at 04:27 PM

Certainly can, not a problem.

Peteff - 8/1/04 at 07:09 PM

My computer played it well with Winamp but I bought a dvd rw today and it took over the file associations with its recorder software. It plays them full speed in full screen with no quality loss now, magic.

yours, Pete.

Hellfire - 9/1/04 at 12:36 AM

Pete,

Don't you just hate it when that happens!!!

Deckman001 - 9/1/04 at 08:45 AM

Andy, I have finally got the comp to accept the camera, I had to replace the motherboard and chip !! A bit extreme but what the hell . Am just trying to get to grips with the CDW bit then I'll bring over a cd of it for you to load

New video up on my web site - but I'm warning you all it's a bit rubbish!
bad_airbox.wmv
2.2Mb in size. If you are on a modem I wouldn't bother! I modified the airbox, only to find that it doesn't work over 30mph!!! And it p*ssed rain. The poor car just didn't want to go fast at all!!
I'm gonna use pipercross airsox and get the carbs rejetted.
