No, but I have one on a Super Six.

Have a look at 'Lightning's photo archive.
He made wider front 'bones for his Avon (long since sold).
There are pics on there.
He may still have the jigs if you U2U him.

I u2u`d him but just got back the fact it handled better and that it was quite a while since he did it.

I`ve just finished setting mine up for track/road use and it handles like its on rails now.
