My mk fireblade starts ok from cold but when i have been out for a decent run the engine wont start again it struggles to turn over as well what is the problem ?

is it the regulator getting to hot?

No it just about turn over

From experiance i would say rectifier is no
more and you are running on battery till it can
support no more. i now use superdream 250
units that seam to last much longer.
