difficult to get good power on a budget.its all the little things that add up!

i have gone for a zzr1100 picked up a good engine with everything needed for £200 but the best thing about a bike engine once you have it built you can change to a more powerful engine when finances are available easy

cheers like I say a bit of a budget is rather flexible for me just have to pay for other things such as sensible car insurance first aha

its when you get into exhaust manifolds, reverse gears, sumps etc that costs add up fast!

reverse gear is an extra cost but the rest but the rest is easy and cheap inlet leave alone exhaust is only 4 bent tubes silencer you can pick up a cheap one for £20 (bike) sump the gpz900 fits straight on

im building my haynes with the zzr for track use only and want to keep the total build under £1500 so far i have just about all the parts for half that so can buy some good shocks

but i will upgrade later bit by bit when i can get a zzr1400

the only thing i would recommend and its easy with a reverse box fit a cush drive doughnut into the prop to ease the shock load onto the gearbox

but watch out or you will get carried away and spend thousands that you dont need to
i think your biggest cost bar the engine would be the iva and parts to get the kit though
