It's my mechanical "nowt on my tranny tunnel top" paddle shift mechanism thank you very much!

I think it's something to do with those wierd cars with motorcycle engines in them - not like cars with proper engines - like mine

I'm putting together some ideas to use a paddle shift at the moment... I was just wondering what the general concensus was on travel? 2 inches I hear is about the norm?

What is the distance from the pivot point on the paddle to the pick up point for the bulkhead end of the cable, Pat?

I would have thought this makes a big difference to travel / force required to change up and down?
