Engine suppliers

Hi, first post

Interesting website, it will take me a few weeks to work through the older postings!

I'm pricing a bike engine conversion, probably R1 or Fireblade. Any suggestions/recommendations for suppliers?

Welcome to the forum Mike7

Another good source of engines can be found HERE.

Wise choice by the way

Colibriman gets my vote from personal experience, he's been a bit quiet on the forums these last couple of months becuase of moving house but I think he's now back up to speed.

Malc @ Yorkshire engines gets my vote.
My 2003 R1 lump doesn't look like it's been used!

Malc here too, i cannot believe how many ultra low mileage engines he can source (ie under 100 miles) and at very reasonable prices

Thanks for the replies. I've had a read through some of the messageboard, it's mind-boggling what some people put into the engine bay.

A Triumph Triple perhaps? British, and that triple howl 180' Jotas must be one of the best sounding engines ever built
