I'm having a few problems wiring up the engine due to a Cyclelock (or lack of it) problem. I have overcome this by grounding the starter relay output (blue/white) wire and then the motor turns over fine.

The only problem is that it doesn't spark. If i have bypassed the starter relay in the way mentioned above, will it stop the ECU from sending sparking info to the LT side of the coils?
