im fitting the original zx10r air box on my engine (turned 180) but to get it to fit i had to blank off one of the breather connectors on the base plate.

should i just stick filters on the breathers and blank them on the air box or should it put another connector on the air box and do it that way?

It's not going to make a huge difference.
A lot of breathers get left open to atmospheric without problem... A breather filter would be a cautious approach. Making a new connector on the airbox is probably a bit anal and risks getting swarf and other grot in the airbox which will then go into your engine when you run it ....

Ive run a pipe from the crankcase to a oil catch tank on the bulk head, just keeps your engine bay area a bit cleaner,as the breather filters tend to cover your engine in a fine oil mist, you can then just drain the catch tank every service.
