What do the rest of you guys out there use for Clutch & Accelerator Cables... any links, iformation and/or advice would very much help!
Thankx in anticipation!!!
i made my own but you should be able to get some made for £15 ,i attached them to the pedals by using a 6mm bolt with a top hat spacer so that it was able to spin in the pedal then driled a hole in the bolt behind the spacer just bigger anough for the cable to go through and then clamped it using a washer and nylock nut,i know that maybe clamping the cable isnt the best way to do it but it works fine
Used a blade bike clutch cable and inner/outer cable from a push bike for the accelerator......about £5 for the lot.

Ben... does the blade clutch cable fit then?
Got the rest of it sussed now... every step we take, you lads all know about!
well it does on mine!! you have to cut the nipple off right at the end, I turned up a cable stop to fit in the tube on the chassis and then clamp the
cable to the pedal with a drilled bolot and spacer...........my chassis is about 2 years old so the design for the clutch cable routing may have
changed now??
Ben
The no hassle route when I did mine was the Westfield Megablade items, cost about £25 for both IIRC, although this was about 2 years ago too, so
prices might have changed and others might supply similar now.
