mhh everything standard is not quet common on here i guess..

many times you need a rejet to adapt it to the air intake on the car.

running lean is bad for an engine..

check your plugs.../ clean the carbs...

It's running a standard engine setup including standard airbox, so if anything it may be getting even less air than it did in the bike, so running lean would prob not be an issue.

When it's hot have you tried to start it at full throttle?

it some times starts on full throttle but not allways

i will have to have the carbs apart and clean them and change the plugs as tks says see if that helps

Thanks

Hi
Had a simular problem on an old GSXR400 suzuki bike
New coils fixed it
No Idear why.
Needed to wait 30mins cool down be for start.
Strange thing was if I stalled it using the choke it would restart.
Very weird.
