I'm gonna take my mot failed g reg fiesta 1.1 to the scrap yard tommorow before I do is there any bit's that would be worth saving for future locost builds?

nothing much for a front engined car but if you are thinking of going mid engined the steering and front suspension is worth saving

Windscreen washer system? bulbs, relays,fuses? erm......good glass /panels/ interior bits could be sold I suppose, just depends on the "price to being arsed taking them off ratio" if you know what I mean.

old cars are always good for brackets and stuff....

I used the seat belts from mine in a Locost also the heater matrix and hand brake lever.

Might the engine mounts be useable? Scraping the bottom of the barrel a bit I know, but I kinda wish I'd kept mine, since I had the engine out anyway.
