The bolts on my sierras anti roll bar are stuck fast - i've tried soaking the bolts in good old WD40 but to know avail. Is there any way i can get it off or do i resort to the trusty angle grinder?

Blowtorch?

Get a single hex impact socket and a breaker bar.

Hammer the socket on to try and loosen the rust on the threads first.

Provided the bolt head isnt rounded and your sockets have nice tight tolerances you wont find many bolts that will resist the kind of forces you can generate with a breaker bar.
