after collecting some mail from my old mans today i found a tax notification for the old donor car for my mk. however its now 3 months overdue and im not using this vehicles engine so am not using its identity and am going for a 'Q'

however as it was about 4 years ago that i dismantled the vehicle what date do i put on the v5 to say i scrapped it? will this leave me liable for a fine as i have yet to declare sorn?

Tell them that you notified them it was scrapped when you scrapped it ?
