It's a long shot, but I really need help sourcing a part for my build. It's a spigot bearing bush fitted to smaller engined SD1s and to
O-Series powered Sherpa vans. The part no. is 22G2076 and Rimmer bros used to sell them here
Linky but they can't get them any
more.
I've tried everywhere else I can find, but it's the same story - no longer available.
It's a vital part to get my T-Seires engine set up for RWD.
Anyone got any idea who might have one?

can you not get one made from measurements? is it a needle roller type or just a bush?

Nets had them in stock a couple years ago, I reckon any van & truck place will have them in.

May not help but some time ago rover spares were found in India and shipped back to the uk. Lots of stuff including SDI spares. If anyone can remember
who was advertising these items they may have a bush. 
Worth trying Robin Hood (or whatever they are called now)? At one point they were flogging T series engines in/for Robin Hoods

Its a landrover part, try craddocks, paddocks and all the rest of them, anything like this should be pennies.
You could also try Bearmachs
Same as Discovery MPi with the 2 litre T series Turbo engine ?

I have no idea what the part you want looks like, but it may not be a special part and if so you may be able to get one from a bearing distributor as
it could also be an industrial component - may be worth a try.

Found One!
I found out that the same part was used on some MGBs. A bit of searching came up with this site:

Don't know how long they will have stock for though, as mine when it came was in a branded MG-Rover bag - can't see them making more anytime

Just a warning, though, for people planning on using a ford gearbox like myself. The ID of the bush is 19mm, so won't fit the standard 21mm OD
ford bearing, so I've had to widen it a little. Should be fine though, if you plan to use a Rover gearbox.
I used a standard needle roller bearing to hold the type 9 15mm input shaft into the Alfa crank/flywheel. It was off the shelf from BSL Brammer and cost £5.

They have a huge stores there. It may have been fitted to the MGBV8 as that had a SD1 type LT77 box.

Well worth a try as they have loads of odd parts..
The Land Rover references above are good for general stuff. However the Landy LT77 box had a much bigger spigot shaft diameter. The LT77 on a SD1 is
about 15mm (ish) and the Landy one is more like 19 or 20mm (ish).
Also the Bush material is called "Oillite" its a phosphor bronze metal impregnated with a lubricant (looks like black dots in the metal). So
if you make one up out of brass, expect a few problems later on due to it not self lubricating.
