What do you think?? Looking at a lateral view of the car I'm not too sure about the midi nature of the car, it looks rear-engined to me.. OK, let's be honest, I want one!!

This was in the UK Kit Car Mags a month or two ago. Looks pretty neat eh? I love the shape of that body. Surprisingly compact too when you see one in real life...

Cheers

Alez, thanks for the link.

Not my cup of tea, too 60's in styling...however it is quite pretty and will appeal to many....

To me it doesn't look mid-engined at all (might be a good thing judging by some attempts...)......

Just really not sure what I think.........

Well I am sure they still have the molds and the fixtures, so making more would be like making doritos.

I like it btw. Wouldn't buy one mind you, but I like it!

I like the Fisher cars, they remind me of frog eye Sprites and I always fancied one of those.

I live about 5 mins from Fisher and the Menace is mid engined. They've got two now, a race one, and a road one that's a WIP at the moment. The engine is a bike engine mounted longitudinially, with the output sprocket directly bolted via a cushdrive to a diff from a freelander. The layout means that the passenger seat is slightly forward of the driver, which is odd, but since mostly people buy these as toys or trackday cars, the passenger is of 2ndary importance anyway. I think Fisher cars are brilliant things, BTW.

In the 750 class in which the race Menace is, it has carried all before it in it's class, beating Radicals in the process.

Cheers,

Ben

Keep and eye out for both the Sylva Majo2, which has a few examples built at the moment. I don't personally like the looks that much, but I imagine it's a pretty competent car, and the Sylva R1ot which, as you may have guessed is a mid engined BEC with R1 power.
