There are enough complete, and legally on the road 7'esque cars out there, that i personally wouldnt pay anything more than scrap value for something like that with no engine, and no V5

yep, i remember him, had money off me as he was going to make me a header tank, then disappeared, and i never got my tank off him... managed to get the money back eventually though

then again, there looks little more than a weeks work to finish if you had the remaining parts, scrap value I'd think is a bit harsh tbh
