you can get a bracket thing that sits behing each hub carrier, or alternatively, i have a couple of ones from a 2l sierra that i havent used, as i
ussed the bracket things instead.
heres a pic of the bracket thing.

ta is that the caliper and mounting bracket and hub carrier of the sierra havn,t stripped mine to have a look yet need to get the hub nut,s undone and at the minute i don,t want to buy the luego rear hub carriers if i can use the one,s i have
yeah, the item on the felt is the bracket for mounting the callipper (darren from GTS supplied it) and the thing on the right is the standard hub
bearing off a 1.8 sierra.
i couldnt get my callippers to line up with the brake disc using the standard 2L sierra brackets for some reason, so decided to use darrens
bracket.
also, a useful tip (if its not already too late):
undo the hub nuts before jacking the car up (i made this mistake) and had to take the driveshafts to my local garage to undo them
tom
can i be cheeky and ask how much you paid for them and do you have a contact number/website for gts
i got them as part of my kit:
here is the link:GTS
all the best,
tom
just found them on the site:
go to:
transmission
de-dion axle, and they are £8.50 each.

picture would be appreciated i,ve ordered the carrier caliper,s as shown above but don,t think i,ll need them as i,ve stripped the rear axle and caliper mount,s direct to hub just not sure what the difference is on luego.s upright,s or am i just reading the build manual wrong
Talk to Luego, and tell them you have the wrong ones... they will probably just swap them out for the ones you want.
Phone them up... they can only say no!
Or...
You can buy my Drum Back axle

Have a look in my photo archive, i have just uploaded a photo of my rear hub carrier complete with Sierra Hub and Caliper bracket. (Sorry about the
size of the pic). This is the standard Luego Disc brake hub carrier.
Only thing missing is the actual caliper.
Hope this might help.
Cheers
Gary
i don't know if i do it the right way but i have swapped the hubs left and right if i compare it with your installing....
In many cars the rear brakes are mounted @ the rear side of the car (facing forwards)..
yours are facing backwards...
dunno whats the good way to go.
do you also have a problem with fitting the kalibers (hand brake???) i'm gonna mount it with the handbrake above and the oil entrance @ the
botton don't know if its 100% good any one ideas??
Just saw its no problem, in my pics section i found how it was orriginal @ the sierra cosworth (the kalibers where there top mounted anyway..)
