Silly question but can anyone advise on type of spring for clutch cable to pedal. Build manual just says 65mm spring. Presumably that is an expansion spring.

Its a compression spring

If its any help I used a cut down throttle return spring from a sierra carb.

I find some handy springs in old car seats when I go scrounging in the scrapyard. What spring you need depends which side of the pivot point you put it.
