All other jobs have been done with no problems apart from running out of acetelyne, but I'm really struggling on how to make the top of the seatbelts sva friendly any photos please on how you solved it. it's the triangular plate on the belt its self

Scratched my head on this one also, in the end just glued some rubber u-trim on , and SVA tester was fine with it

Tony as above as mentioned in U2U. Tip though is to pull it nice and tight before tie wrapping as it makes a nice radius around the metal edge.

Trim from CBS for about £1 per meter.

Can't offer a photo as my covers flew off after SVA. I used the plastic covers you find on the donor seat-belt door post mounts (either top or bottom). Dropped them on top of the mounts, drilled four holes through the plastic and the put zip ties through and under the plates across the diagonals fastening them under the covers so no zip-tie edges protruding. Meant the "sharp" edges were covered but still allowed the plates to pivot.

You're a life saver it was how to tie wrap it that had me stumped I could't puzzle out how to hold it on the tight corner, I was looking at going across the width but got it now tie wrap one end in the slot then pull it round then tie wrap the other end in the slot. takes a fresh outlook to sort it. cheers.

I used Ford Ka buckles, covers, spacers and bolts on mine. Very neat.
