I've just finished filling mine in too, need to get the final few bits of paperwork from MNR and then get them sent in

I am hoping to get a date late in April to give time to get the car finished

Out of curiosity, how many times can you have a retest?

dogwood your great at placing fear into a mans head

mad-butcher - 10/2/09 at 09:23 PM

Just relax and enjoy the experience. I found an Mot makes me more nervous, probably due to the fact that you only have 14 days to put it straight and you need the vehicle to get to work

Yea.....lol
I'm just gloating....
I had all that last month with my SVA.
I know EXACTLY what you are going through...

As Tony says just relax and enjoy the experience.

It's great.
You spend all night awake before the test then all morning in the toilet.
run out of paper.
You cant find the car keys.
then when you do find them the car won't start.
THEN you start to panic.....
Am I going to be late......HELP !!!

Then the test is all over and you wonder what all the fuss was about....

great news mate! I hope the forms all come back fine.

Got my fingers crossed for you.

nitram38 - 10/2/09 at 11:49 PM

I sent mine off Monday with a request for as close to the end of April as I can get!
I still have a lot to do, so since Monday I have worked solidly on the car from 8am until midnight (I have 5 days off from my shift work). I want to get the wiring finished this week if poss.

Vindi_andy - 11/2/09 at 01:29 PM

Just requested my pack from VOSA monday

Coming 2nd class so im getting a little nervous when i think of the amount of work still to do but am going to ask for end of April too

On a happy note it did start and drive for the first time on saturday so enthusiasm renewed.

Good luck to OP and all in the same situation

OK so got my forms last night went into panic mode after Id calmed down lookd at the form again and paniced again over something as stupid as whether I tick or cross the boxes.

I dont want the forms to get rejeted as we are so close to the deadline for submissions as it is
