Still gotta get through SVA but has a thought about the stuff i previously sent off to VOSA to get my SVA test - I sent off all the forms required as well as photos, copy build receipts and the Donor V5 doc. I got my test date and a week or so later the photos were returned (the donor photos were originals that i sent off) however i didnt receive the Original V5 doc back? I have a copy however i am now worried that i would need the original for the registration stage?? What do you think?

Give them a call first but back it up by sending them a letter, asking them to return the original V5 (and keep a copy of it). Then at least you'll have an explanation and can show DVLA why you only have a photocopy of the V5 when you come to registering your kit.

Just had an email back from the chap at VOSA saying they do not have it!! So i have asked him to look again!! Am i gonna be stuffed for an age related plate if i dont have the original?
